Our menu changes every Wednesday. Orders must be placed by Sunday at 11 AM to ensure availability.

At Mountain Wellness Kitchen, we craft our meals from scratch using high-quality, real whole foods sourced locally. Our menu may vary slightly based on local availability.

Delivery: Meals are delivered to your door Monday afternoon.

Delivery Policy
If you're not home during the scheduled delivery window (typically Mondays between 3:00–6:30 PM), the delivery driver may leave your order at your doorstep. You may leave special instructions (e.g., "leave in cooler by garage"), but please note: we cannot guarantee these requests will be accommodated.
Mountain Wellness Kitchen is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged meals resulting from unattended deliveries or special drop-off instructions. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
If your order has not arrived by 6:00 PM, please email us immediately at mountainmeals435@gmail.com. If we are not contacted on the day of delivery, we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement. We’ve had too many cases where customers reach out days later, which makes it impossible for us to track or resolve the issue properly.
To ensure you receive delivery notifications, you must provide a working phone number and email address when placing your order.
