Our menu changes every Wednesday. Orders must be placed by Sunday at 11 AM to ensure availability.

Delivery: Meals are delivered to your door Monday afternoon.

Delivery Policy: If you're not home during the delivery, the delivery company may leave your order at your doorstep. You can leave special instructions, such as leaving the delivery in a cooler, but please note that we cannot guarantee these requests will be accommodated. Mountain Wellness Kitchen is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries resulting from these instructions. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery during the specified window.
