When placing an order through Mountain Meals, please review your selections and delivery information carefully. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including delivery address and contact information, are entered accurately at checkout.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our fresh, made-to-order meals, all sales are final once an order is placed. We take great pride in the quality of our food, and if there is ever an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Our goal is always to ensure your experience meets our standards of excellence.We cannot cancel orders after the deadline. We will refund your money using the same method you originally paid with. 

Subscription Policy

Our subscription plans are designed for customers who order weekly and rely on our meals consistently. Subscriptions ensure priority ordering and a reserved spot in our weekly production schedule.

We understand life happens — travel and schedule changes occur — and you may pause your subscription when needed. However, if you prefer to order only on weeks when the menu fits your preference, the one-time order option will be the best fit.

Frequent skipping may result in switching to a one-time ordering plan to keep our system running smoothly for all customers.
